Problem Note 52876: SAS® Forecast Studio does not create a hierarchical project correctly when you use custom time intervals

Beginning in Release 12.3, if SAS® Forecast Studio is used in either SAS® Forecast Server or SAS® Forecasting for Desktop to create a hierarchical project in which a custom interval is specified for the Time ID variable, the project is not created correctly. In this case, the Forecasting View displays a blank window for all levels of the hierarchy, except for series in the lowest level of the hierarchy.
The problem is due to an error that occurs in an underlying TIMESERIES procedure step when the data is accumulated across the various levels of the hierarchy. The procedure incorrectly determines that the data is not sorted properly, based on the specified custom interval. There is no circumvention for this problem.
